What does an End of Tenancy involve?

An end of tenancy is a long process to get rented accommodation back up to a re-lettable standard.

Every single surface needs to be cleaned, Full carpet clean, Oven Clean, descale to kitchen, descale to bathroom and any Ensuites.

All fridges to be cleaned and freezers, dishwashers.

Full window clean internal and external.

This whole process normally takes a team of 3 cleaners normally 8 hours to complete.

People that are not experienced in the field of End of Tenancy Cleaning would struggle to know exactly what is required to get the full cleaning deposit returned.

After the cleaning is completed the letting agent then sends in their Inventory clerk to go through the whole house to make sure the next tenants can move in.
